Professional, accommodating, supportive, and always on time. While I wish I didn’t have to deal with the level of pain I experience almost daily, having my imaging done here truly helped ease some of that burden.

The office is clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like hot, cold, and room-temperature beverages available. I’m grateful to everyone involved—from my doctor to the front desk staff, technician and even the transportation service—for making the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you all.

This facility was the location of my 5th MRI this year, and I was somehow still impressed by the service. The office ensured that my insurance was approved before continuing with the booking. All the staff and techs were lovely and the appointment itself went seamlessly. The amenities in the waiting room were great and even the jewelry baggies offered in the changing rooms were clearly a thoughtful addition, but what made me very happy to see was this clinic giving patients the MRI CD without needing to request it beforehand.

Getting an MRI is never a great experience. It’s expensive, a little nerve-wracking, and there’s often confusion around results and billing. I needed multiple MRIs and spent *days* calling around NYC trying to get quotes. Some places quoted me over $1,700 just for a facility fee — totally insane.

I ended up going with Manhattan MRI, and honestly, I’m really glad I did. Sharon was super helpful — she walked me through the pricing, helped make it manageable, and was just genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I went in expecting the worst, but she made the process way less stressful.
