Yesterday I totally messed up. My fault. I showed up for a 7:20 PM appointment at 7:20 AM. Instead of the receptionist making me feel stupid which she had all right to do she took it all in stride and squeezed me in anyway. I wish would have gotten her name to give her a special shout out. If management reads this I say give her a raise.
I had an MRI appointment scheduled for 1/6/26, but when I arrived, I was told it had been entered as 1/7/26. Despite the scheduling mix-up, the staff made accommodations and still took me in, even though I had driven over an hour to get there.
The staff working at 7:00 PM on 1/6/25 were absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciated how they handled the situation. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone needing an MRI.
This location is very clean, very organized, and the staff is efficient, courteous, and friendly. I was in and out for an MRI in 40 minutes. The techs were communicative and took great care with my comfort as a patient and the music was excellent.
