Devastated to have to leave this review after 2 years as a loyal customer. Last week I dropped off several dresses with stains on them and specifically asked if the stains could be removed. I was told yes and charged $100. The dresses came back with stains (very clearly no attempt had been made at treating any stain, as none were even lightened, and the stains were likely set in by standard dry cleaning service). When I called and asked for a refund, I was told that I would not receive any refund due to store policy. The service and the friendliness is so unexpected that instead of dropping my things off at the dry cleaners at the corner of my apartment, I drive the extra 10 blocks to get my clothes serviced at this establishment. They did a fantastic job altering my daughters graduation dress.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Dynasty Dry Cleaners is affordable and they do quality work! They truly care about taking care of your clothes and are incredibly kind. I highly recommend this family-owned business.
