My first visit, I got Gel X Apres nails. It was my first time getting gel x so Ella informed me what to expect and how to make them last. Plus, she designed some amazing graphic nails! But later that week, I found out I might be getting engaged(!) I had always wanted something timeless for a proposal so I reached out to Ella to see if we could change the color. Mind you, gel x nails are not easy to change color. You're supposed to remove them entirely. But I was getting on a plane and didn't have enough time to change the entire set. I scheduled a last minute appointment to see if she could paint over the nails. Instead, Ella really went above and beyond, e-filing my gorgeous nails (which was sad because they really were cool) and giving me a timeless light pink color. I was a new customer and Ella gave me not one but two great nail designs in one week! I can't recommend her enough. PS: he popped the question :)

I was looking for a top notch nail artist in the city, and boy did I find one!! Ella was very accommodating. She let me bring in my own design and then she executed it perfectly. The precision and symmetry is off the charts!!
