The service is good and the people are friendly. But the quality of the service is poor. I’ve never seen gel nails chip, literally one week after getting them done, all nails started chipping
Had such an excellent experience here. Fantastic attention to detail & excellent massage. Had a gel mani pedi with one nail repair & a back massage, and they went above and beyond on each thing. The massage was one of the best I’ve had anywhere- the man who did it has absolutely magic hands! And the lady who did my mani pedi + nail repair made it look & feel incredible. They both did things that show a unique attention to detail. Great massage chairs & very clean, too. This is the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had in NYC!
I received white glove service with a basic pedicure and no pressure through upselling. This is one salon I can happily recommend and would even commute to visit again. (Not choose just because it's on my way...)
