I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay at Kimpton Hotel Eventi. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member we encountered was exceptional. They really understand what hospitality is supposed to feel like.
Everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, smiling, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Marilyn at the front desk was incredible. She was friendly, professional, and helped us with questions we had about the city. All the staff we interacted with were extremely welcoming and professional, great hotel climate! The bathroom was large and beautiful. The only thing we had trouble with was the TV. It was a bit slow and outdated with easily accessing channels. Small upgrades to the room could be beneficial but we would 100% stay here again with the view of the city and our wonderful experience with the staff. The lobby and bar area are also beautiful!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Old school professionalism, courtesy and respect to my wife and I which is sorely lacking from other hotels we've been at. We felt more like human beings than just a number if that makes sense. Will definitely be returning to stay at the Kimpton on any of our trips to New York. Thank you to all of the staff that really made this a great trip and overall great customer experience, truly one of the best.
