I visited VFS Global for my appointment, and overall the process went smoothly. One thing to note is that the building itself is not very elderly-accessible, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

That said, I came prepared with all my documents organized, and that made a big difference. The staff were efficient, and my appointment moved quickly without any major delays.

They do have computers available if you need to print documents, but be mindful—some people arrive without anything prepared and end up using them for a long time. So even if you’re fully ready, you might still be stuck waiting on others.

Yesterday I ordered flowers online to be delivered today. I called this morning to see if they had a window for delivery and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter received them today and they're beautiful! I mentioned a few flowers she liked when ordering and the designer used some from the list. I'm so glad I found a florist in New York now that my daughter lives there.

Very special is right and beautiful!! Amazing bouquet I received, high quality and gorgeous arrangement. My cousin who ordered them from out of state also mentioned how wonderful they were on the phone to her. Outstanding service all around, highly recommend.
