All of the keys worked. It was disappointing that there was an extra charge to de-burr the keys. I used a steel brush and did it myself. That should be included in the price as would be with any professional.

I had to get more keys cut because the prior key (one of the custom
11.99 keys) bent over time and could
not be copied because of that’d. It seems that the custom printed keys are not as strong as traditional keys. Hopefully, the new key isn’t made of aluminum foil like the prior was. I praised this service initially, however I’m
think I offered praise just a bit to soon.

I had to find the machine by myself. It was at the store entrance. People going in and out of the store while I waited. Process was quick. Screen choices were obvious. Keys worked well when I tried them.
