All of the keys worked. It was disappointing that there was an extra charge to de-burr the keys. I used a steel brush and did it myself. That should be included in the price as would be with any professional.

I had to find the machine by myself. It was at the store entrance. People going in and out of the store while I waited. Process was quick. Screen choices were obvious. Keys worked well when I tried them.

Even with an error with the first key, their customer service was excellent enough for me to try again, and it worked the second time! Highly recommend using KeyMe. Usually there must be a complaint to get that high-priority service, but they did it simply after letting them know that the first key didn't work.
