This Kelly and several hair salons around the area are truly relics. The reasonable price for having basic needs like haircuts keep this Chinatown community survive through the years. Is this supposed to be a good life? You come to Kelly for a haircut, and have a beef noodle or dim sum next door, and buy veggies and fruits from street stands on your way back to work?Services: Razor cut

It's a VERY affordable hair salon and the quality has been consistent from each person (I've had haircuts from 3 or 4 of the hairdressers). Gets the job done with fuss or frills. They accept mostly cash, cash apps too if their tech person happens to be there.

My old barber moved out of state and ive had trouble finding someone new. I walked in here and met Peter, the barber with the amazing perm who has taken care of my hair for the past year. After cutting my hair by myself during covid and messing up the growth, he easily knew how the steps to take to get it fixed and after the past year, its getting back to how it used to be. He really understands hair and im relieved that I dont have to worry when getting a haircut now.
