Communication was way off. I booked online for a single process coloring for $70. I sit in the chair, lady who sits me down doesn't talk the whole time and is super rough and yanking on my hair while she combs it and also rough washing my hair later on. When I go to pay, the guy charges me $100 and explains how since it wasn't just root and instead the whole head, it costs more. I wish they had notified me ahead of time while I was in the chair picking the color or literally any time during the process because they know what they were going to charge was cost more than the thing I booked. I've been coming here from NJ for 6+ years for haircut, color and hot oil treatments. My hairdresser is Nelson. I love this place. My haircut is always point on and people stop me in the streets, supermarkets and everywhere I Go asking where I got my haircut! He is very meticulous and the cut is always perfect. I highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I just updated this review with my new highlights. I usually color one color but this is the first time I did a highlight. I love it!!
Nelson and his associate did bleach, highlights, and a cut for me and it was ~low $200’s +tip. Nelson was busy so he did the cut while another woman did the color under his supervision, and it all turned out amazing! Such a comfortable and easy experience, I was obsessed with the results! Will definitely be back
