They take pictures of the pieces you are leaving with them, so you both have a photo record of what is being repaired and returned to you. NO mix-up's or disappearing items. They removed a link from a Cuban link bracelet for my skinny wrist, Perfect, also I needed a new post for piece of a pair of Silver earrings , perfection, and I had a Bracelet refinished in 18 K gold, amazing, beautiful.
