Several years ago, I bought a ring made by a small California jewelry company. I love the ring, so I recently special-ordered a new ring online from the same company. Unfortunately, the new ring did not meet the same quality standards and craftsmanship of the first one. It had a brushed finish, whereas I prefer polished, but the main problems were that the diamonds sank into the metal, creating an uneven surface, making the diamonds unnoticeable; the beads were mushy, ununified and overall, the execution was very low. I reached out to Steven Kirsch and he was able to meet with me the same day. He immediately noticed the differences in the quality of the work between the two rings. When I dropped off the faulty ring the next day, he said the repair would be ready the following week, but I was notified two days later that it was finished. When he presented the repaired ring, I was amazed by the transformation - he had fixed all of the problems so it was flawless and everything I could have wished for!
