Fabulous work. Nice and efficient staff. Reasonable pricing
for a variety of items you may need fixed. Lovely people and they have your precious pieces back to you in a very short time if possible. They take pictures of the pieces you are leaving with them, so you both have a photo record of what is being repaired and returned to you. NO mix-up's or disappearing items. They removed a link from a Cuban link bracelet for my skinny wrist, Perfect, also I needed a new post for piece of a pair of Silver earrings , perfection, and I had a Bracelet refinished in 18 K gold, amazing, beautiful.

Mr.Z is the guy I I’m a watch dealer in the city and anytime I need work done on a watch Z is the guy have been coming to this exact location for 12 years and always gets everything done with no questions. Recommended him A lot he works with all types of watches would say his shop is a hidden gem in NYC and would definitely check him out for any type of watch repairs !!
