“The sales lady Kathy is an angel and a very nice lady. She put in a special order for me for something no one on the planet has. It is only sold in sterling silver online and in stores. The designers designed the triquetra with custom Alexandrite on the half moons and paraiba tourmaline on the stars and moonstone for the center of the sun. All in 18K white gold and added special diamonds on the clasp as a gift.?????“

The associate helped me choose the right size for my ring and indicated that I may have been a little cold and why my fingers may have been a bit swollen. “My girlfriend (now fiancé) and I went here to design an engagement ring together. We went to a few other places first, but couldn't find anything we were happy with. It was honestly starting to become a bit stressful, and some other places were actually a little rude, basically implying that we were being too picky, and making us feel very rushed. That was not the experience we were looking for, and we were honestly pretty shocked that that seemed to be the norm.

Luckily, we ended up at Frank Darling, working with Hayley, and we had the total opposite experience. She was so encouraging, sweet, and helpful throughout the whole journey (with great taste as well)! The whole experience from arriving through the delivery of the ring was seamless. It's been about 6 months now, and the ring is still great - no issues.

“Lucy made me a Greek Key design band and another key design with a diamond for my now fiancé. I got them custom made and sent all the way down under to Australia. I had a better experience with dealing with Lucy in the USA than i have had right here in my own backyard! I refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend you use these guys as your go to jeweller you WILL NOT be disappointed.“

“Chris is a genuinely nice gentleman and makes buying jewelry very comfortable and easy. He is very transparent and easy to talk to, and his family is also great to work with. They're a family owned jewelry store and really try to give you exactly what you want for the best price. As far as NYC jewelers go, this will 100% be my go to place. Couldn't recommend this store enough and again, Chris is a great person to do business with. Skip the big touristy shops and go here, trust me.“
