1. The hotel bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed.
2. Price per day wasn’t bad compared to other hotels
3. The valet parking was 70 dollars which is high but worth it if you’re not in the mood to find parking. Car was parked outside right before we left.

1. The bathroom when we showered smell like urine.
I come to NYC at least 10-15 times a year and I never like staying Times Square but I really enjoyed my stay this hotel. The staff was incredible and I would definitely stay here again just because of the hotel staff. I want to thank Yenny, personally because she really went above and beyond during my stay here!
July 2nd 2026. 100 degrees outside today. Hotel was nice and cold. Elevators work. Water pressure was fantastic, blew the stench of 100 degree weather right off us. Location to subway, busses, Times square, is perfect. You can head anywhere from this point and travel super easy.
Times Square is frickin nuts but you can always walk the other way out the hotel and avoid it.
