Gritty part of town but close to theaters. No good restaurants nearby and staff couldn't really recommend anything. But the rooms are very comfortable, clean and updated. The bar in the hotel was never open while we were there and no explanation why. The lobby is really nice and cozy.Walkability: Very close to Penn Station and Broadway theaters.
We had a wonderful stay at the Gregorian Hotel! The hotel is charming and located in a perfect area for siteseeing. I loved all the vintage details like an old letter shoot! Excellent customer service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back!
loved the location and staff service. room was clean and spacious. only small negative is elevator is small and slow. it’s a old building with lots of charm that looks newly renovated. Would stay here again!
