Honestly this is more of a thank you than a review. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and joining Gym Decision was probably the best mental and phisical health decision I could have made. I love waking up and entering a friendly, safe, and motivating environment. Since I started I am noticeably more confidence and happy. I can wait for Mondays now!

I have been working out here and training with Jeremy, the owner, for 6+ months and it has exceeded my very high expectations. I am relatively into fitness, having completed triathlons and marathons, and relatively knowledgeable of my body and fitness. I've had previous professional trainers and Jeremy is truly an expert and a professional. He knows and understands training and has committed his life to fitness and his business. TLDR: Working out here has been one of the best decisions I made this year. If you're looking for a personal trainer that goes above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals, you need to consider Gym Decision. Jeremy and J'Nell, the owners, are gems; Jeremy's passion for fitness is infectious, and his dedication to his clients' success is unmatched.My context and where I'm coming from: getting close to 40, was active and reasonably fit but never loved my body and never looked or felt strong.
