Inner Strength Fitness provides remote strength training via video call for men and women 45 years and older. Train in your office or home. We emphasize safety and a science-based approach. We leverage the best exercise science to design short training sessions which provide you with superior results. We offer resistance training which is exquisitely adapted to someone who wants to get strong despite orthopedic limitations.
