Such a lovely experience in the WV location of GLOSSLAB. Team were all very kind and such a clean space, but I was blown away by Nereida. I have had acrylic nails for over 10 years so I have extremely weak, brittle nails. She was gentle and gave great advice on how to strengthen my nails. I’m excited to see her again next week!
First time visiting Gloss Lab yesterday. Overall the process for scheduling an appointment was seamless. The check in was super quick and I was able to get in right before my appointment which was nice. Jennifer was super meticulous and did amazing work cleaning up my nails. She was quick but was by no means sloppy. The check out was the best, your card is already on file so they are able process your card and add tip without you having to think about it or even take your wallet out. Will definitely be coming back for another Seamless Gel Manicure !
It was my first time at Gloss Lab and my experience with Alexandra was very nice. Alexandra was very personable and delightful to deal with. I will definitely recommend to family and friends
