I’ve been coming here for a while and have had good experiences, but this was easily my worst visit. I came in for a gel removal and a basic pedicure and was very clear that I did not want any upgrades. The entire pedicure was barely 20 minutes, with almost no scrub, massage, or lotion. There was a hot towel, but the service overall felt extremely rushed and incomplete.

I honestly don’t think my technician had been properly trained, and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate what I was asking for. I ended up feeling like I was being difficult when I was simply asking for the services I requested.

I like this nail salon and they really deserve a higher rating. I often come unannounced, they always take me with very little wait time, their technicians are quite excellent and it’s always a pleasant experience. And they do make me feel valued as a client. I would recommend them strongly if you’re in the neighborhood!

I had an excellent 45 min chair massage here and enjoyed listening to the kind capable staff usher people in for various manicures, pedicures, and massages. I’ll definitely return.
