Jenny has been our go to dry cleaner for the past two years while we’ve been living on the UES. She’s very thoughtful and energetic. I love how she has handwritten notes that she drops off at my building with my dry cleaning with tips (such as letting me know if the material is not safe to dry clean often). She has also given me tips about tailoring a bridesmaids dress so I feel like I’m always getting a fair price. She goes above and beyond in numerous ways. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have Jenny as my dry cleaner. She has an incredible system, which allows her to serve so many in our community at the highest level. Each morning she picks up the laundry from our building (super convenient for Carnegie Hill residents) and each night she can be found working late to get the job done. Not only is she fast, she brings the highest level of care and integrity to her work. She never cuts corners or compromises on quality. I trust her with my clothes without a second thought, knowing they're in the best hands possible.

Jenny is AMAZING. Don't believe the negative reviews she's a great person and a bit colorful. All the negative reviews are from people who get offended way too easily or expect some sort of weird customer service coddling. Jenny is like your aunt who will listen to your life stories and give you advice while taking none of your BS.

On top of that, she has never lost anything or made any mistakes. When giving her clothes she always goes the extra step to notify you of any additional work she plans to do like noticing loose buttons and whatnot. Be nice to Jenny and she'll be nice to you.
