Hi - ticket said the store is open til 4pm but we came at 3:30 for dress pick up today & no one was there.
Please if you see this can you respond by comment - I need bridesmaid dress before wedding tomorrow! Happy to pick up in AM!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this dry cleaner. Not. only did they damage my shirt with a noticeable hole, but the owner was unresponsive when I tried to address the issue. (Note the shop is managed by an employee, not the owner - which makes it hard to reach him) It's disappointing and frustrating to receive such poor service and lack of accountability. I'm leaving 2 starts because the other item I brought was returned cleaned and in good condition, which I'd expect at the price I paid. I will definitely not be returning, and advise others to steer clear as well.

I've had a few things tailored & dry cleaners here and they do such a great job every single time! They have also done same day alteration service (if dropped off early enough) to accommodate my last minute needs. Everyone is super kind. It's a bit pricey but I trust them and that's worth it to me! Thank you Mr.Richard's
