“I decided on a whim to restart my driving journey this year after giving up four years ago. I had never learned to drive as a teenager growing up in the city, and I had previously found it very difficult to take up driving in my 30s.
Erika at Revolution in Brooklyn not only instilled in me the skills that I needed to pass the road test (I passed a few days ago with a nearly perfect score after 10 lessons and regular supplemental practice with family), but she also gave me the support and confidence to trust myself and feel comfortable behind the wheel. During lessons, she gave frequent corrections in a constructive manner and embraced the process of learning through mistakes. Then, ahead of the road test, she gave me very specific and helpful tips for how to succeed.
I can't recommend Erika's lessons enough, especially to novice and nervous drivers who might be wallowing in self-doubt. Her time slots are popular and book fast, so you have to plan in advance.
As a driving school, Revolution offers reasonable pricing for the area, they have a variety of pickup locations (two in Park Slope), and their booking system is easy to use and flexible.”
