Since 2008 Vargas Driving School has been a premier choice for driving instruction in New York and Bronx County. The school providing quality education and defensive driving teaching for all students. Instructors are committed, patient, caring, responsible and dedicated to helping students become confident and pass their road test on the first try. Lessons are organized, send updates about classes and equip students with knowledge and skills needed to navigate streets safely and confidently. I came to Carlos with no experience driving, and a borderline fear of it. However, by the end of my first lesson I already felt comfortable, and with each lesson after my anxiety turned into a joy of driving. Carlos is a wonderful teacher; he is smart, frank, and encouraging in your faults. After finishing my lessons, I was able to pass my road test on the first attempt! Carlos previously taught both of my brothers to drive, and with the same success. Thank you Carlos!
I came in as quite a nervous driver but within a few lessons I was driving comfortably thanks to Carlos’s fantastic direction. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor; direct, smart, and knew exactly what to make me aware of on the road. After my lessons with Carlos I was able to pass my test on the first attempt!
This is my honest review of the Vargas driving school.
I took classes with Jose and he is the best instructor personally there. He is very patient, knowledgeable and direct. I failed twice because of my own mistakes but Vargas driving school never gave up on me or Jose. Vargas driving school sent me an email to never give up and keep trying because I had felt so discouraged after failing my first time and that meant so much.
I told Jose I’m going to take the test in Providence over there since I was going to move over there if I don’t pass the second time and that’s what I did. I passed it in Providence but I never forgot the lessons he taught me. I’m forever...read full review
