It was good. I’m new to natural hair styling and cutting, so it was informative. But I really did not appreciate a $70 price increase without warning! I would’ve wanted to be told explicitly or asked to confirm the service switch beforehand instead of being told my trim was now a cut as it was being finished. I didn’t know what that distinction meant, much less that I would be paying that much more. Doesn’t sit right, but thank you for your work.
I enjoyed having Shin bring my hair back to life. I've been struggling with managing my hair for months and unable to find a stylist. Discovering the salon on Tik Tok was just the thing I needed.

My visit was great, and everything went incredibly smoothly.
Shonelle was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. After I checked in, I was in the chair getting my hair washed in less than a minute—no waiting around at all!
She executed my haircut flawlessly, and I can’t wait to see how it looks as it grows out. She also recommended two products for me to use at home, and I’m excited to give them a try.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and I’m happy I found this salon. I just hope she doesn’t get tired of seeing my face every week—or every other week!
