A true artiste! It was my first time sugaring and it was like a snap of a rubber and on the skin—HOWEVER…the results is no afterpain! You know the radiating burning pain after a Brazilian? Not here! It’s not pain free but I would rather not leave feeling like I’m on fire down there.I know everyone is diffrent so make sure you don’t have allergies to the material.I didn’t vibe too well with the aloe on my eyebrows. It was a bit too harsh for my skin type so I would avoid that next time. She did provide some after care warnings and I appreciated that.This is a definite surprise for me being a NYer whose tried just about every chain.I’m definitely coming back.
Definitely get sugared here! The spa space was very clean and sanitary and cutely decorated. My sugaring experience was quick and painless: no nicks or lasting pain like with waxes. Rina was so personable and professional and she made the time fly! This location is also located near subway/bus lines so it’s very easy to get to. I highly recommend!
These women are absolute girl bosses - they know what they're doing. Perfect location to stop at before hopping on a train to get to JFK, for your vacation.They treat this as one should treat their craft, they are knowledgeable about ways to reduce pain and about the consistency of the sugar etc. Also have a refreshingly healthy attitude towards body hair. They insist there's nothing wrong with letting it grow out, and that, if anything we were all made this way. I would make this a regular event. Both Priya and Rina were superb.
