It was sale time and the perfume I wanted was sold out online and as a last ditch effort, I called the Tribeca location and I spoke Sazia. She was so sweet communicative. Although they didn't have it, she ended up calling three other stores and took my order over the phone so I could still have the discount. I really appreciated that level of customer service.
