I was referred by a friend, and I had a pretty good idea of the simplicity of the service. What I didn’t have any preconception of was the constant up self with which I was cussed. I booked for roots and a deep conditioning. I was pushed to buy a membership– I didn’t – convinced to do a gloss and a toner and then when I got my hair washed I didn’t even wanna say that I booked a deep conditioner. The toner is a hideous color, but luckily it washes out. The product that I was oversold (but wouldn’t buy!) was HORRIBLE! My curls were limp at best angry at worst. well i think that you need to do a test before coloring hair.
some of us are allergic for the color or what you use to color hair.
I have ask the hair stylist to wash the hair color after 18min do to allergic reaction. She was wonderful all the way.
