“This issue was resolved, revising my review

Came to see my furnace, left door off and said office would call me for return visit within 2 weeks. This was over 10 weeks ago. I have called 4-5 times, first 2 times they said they would return my call. They never did. Then they simply didn’t answer the phone and I left multiple messages. Looking to see how to resolve this. I do not want to involve legal services but it may come to this“
