“I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. I tried to get my oil company to fix it but they said they couldn't do anything. I then called Ranshaw because I heard that even though they sold their oil company, they might help me because they are the best. They sent 2 highly trained professionals who did a full diagnostic on my oil burner and wrote down solutions for my original oil company to correct. “My family was moving into an apartment in estate condition that needed a lot of work which had to happen quickly, as in 6 weeks from closing to moving in. Kenny worked with us to get work started immediately after we closed. His initial bid beat other contractors and as the job continued, he kept beating everyone else's bids as he took on more and more work. Kenny stayed on budget and was not only able to get the original work done on time, but even got the additional work completed too. Our scope of work started with refinishing the floors, removing popcorn ceilings, putting a new skim coat, and painting the whole apartment, in the kitchen, replacing flooring, cabinets, and lighting fixtures, and at the last minute we added work on the bathroom replacing the floors, replacing tiles on the walls, a new inset medicine cabinet mirror, toilet, vanity, and shower door. “GH recently installed a Sun Setter awning for me. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work and the installers who put it in. They do not cut corners and put it in the "right way" and explained everything. They were immediately responsive (2-weeks after the job was completed and paid for) when I had an issue with the manufacturers remote for the motorized awning. Multiple people called me back from GH after leaving a voicemail, and an installer was there ASAP to rectify the issue, and called a few days after to check if things were still working properly. They give a fair price with exceptional skill & service. Highly recommend.“
