“So yesterday, December 18th, I had dropped off 2 pairs of ugg shoes to be sent out for cleaning and I ended up needing one pair back. I called them and told them that I would need to pick up the pair the next day(today the 19th) and the lady i spoke with, I believe Helen was SO KIND and said no problem. There ended up being a miscommunication with the driver that picks up the uggs and he ended up taking both pairs. So I went to pick them up and they weren't there! “As far as dry cleaners go, for me this place is good for alterations and pressing pants/shirts. They do it all and have been here for years. Be sure to request straight crease for your pants or else you'll get no crease. All pressed items are perfectly starched. Highly recommend.“
