We used V&S Flooring to replace our kitchen floor and couldn't be happier. The previous owners installed tile incorrectly, resulting in grout coming up and tiles cracking. V&S was very up front with letting us know that they couldn't give us an accurate quote about the preparation cost, due to us not knowing just how bad the subfloor was due to the previous owners negligence. So they provided us with a quote with the preparation as TBD. On the day of the project, the crew showed up right on time, laid down drop clothes and got to work removing the old floor.
