After recently moving to the Suffern NY area, I began searching for a local carpet service. Among the options nearby, I decided on this place to replace my old carpet because the other one with a lot of good reviews is a residential address. I was thoroughly impressed with their efficient process, from ordering to scheduling, and the prompt and excellent service during the replacement. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of carpet services

Joe and his team are fantastic. Joe is very helpful in providing guidance on what might look best. The day of the install, the team was on time, and friendly. Their workmanship was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I feel like everyone uses Artistic Floors already, but let me add my recommendation to the list. Joe is so laid back and easy to work with. Have a better price than Home Depot with an even better quality carpet. You really shouldn't go anywhere else. Too many people are dishonest out there but my whole family trusts Joe.
