It’s Fourth of July weekend I brought it in on Friday, She had it back to me at 1 o’clock On Friday. Are always friendly, always polite they go out of their way to help their customers.”
“We called Mona Lisa Tailoring on a Wednesday. Explaining we needed a rush alteration on a wedding gown. FOR FRIDAY MORNING. She took a deep breath and invited us to come right away. Once there, we explained a bit of what happened and she was in. She hemmed the gown. She added the cups. She steamed and fluffed the gown and slip.... and on Friday Morning we had the most perfectly altered bridal gown for a 130 pm bridal dressing!!!!! We are so lucky it is the off season. She has always been a great local treasure for proms and weddings. But to be willing to work with us at that speed was a gift. Pressed. Stitched. Perfect.”
“Carolina and her mother were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They altered both of my wedding dresses, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wedding dress alterations can be stressful, especially with all the little changes and adjustments that come along the way, but they were incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I had quite a bit of back and forth with the dresses due to my indecisiveness, and they never once made me feel like I was asking for too much or being difficult. One of my dresses was an absolute mess when I brought it to them at first and they not only salvaged it but made it perfect.
They were also so accommodating when I requested a last-minute alteration just two days before my wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and their attention to detail really showed. Both dresses ended up fitting perfectly, and I felt so comfortable and confident wearing them on my wedding day.
I’m so grateful to Carolina and her mother for their kindness, patience, and beautiful work. They made a process that could have been very stressful feel so much easier. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking for someone who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel your absolute best!
