Used this place for the first time due to some washing machine trouble at my home. I had nothing short of a pleasant, simple and business like experience with Pinewood. Dropped off 50lbs of clothes and within 2 days it was done, folded and still smells great after several rewashes. Also, the gentleman at the counter also gave us a discount for being a first time customer.
The owner and the mother are the best; my clothes are always clean. They take great care in ensuring that each garment is treated with the utmost attention to detail. From delicate fabrics to intricate designs, they handle each piece with precision and care. Their dedication to maintaining the quality and cleanliness of my wardrobe is truly unmatched.
