Used this place for the first time due to some washing machine trouble at my home. I had nothing short of a pleasant, simple and business like experience with Pinewood. Dropped off 50lbs of clothes and within 2 days it was done, folded and still smells great after several rewashes. Also, the gentleman at the counter also gave us a discount for being a first time customer.
