I knew it was a great fit before my daughter even finished her test class. Sensei Takahashi and Sensei Lisa are both wonderful with the kids. They strike the right balance between firm boundaries and a lighthearted manner, ensuring the kids are staying on task while also having fun. Takahashi Dojo is a very welcoming environment and a great place to learn both the physical and mental elements of karate. Highly recommend.“

Bill Connolly does a wonderful job instructing, keeping the kids attention, and injecting a healthy amount of humor into his lessons. While watching, I saw my kids laugh, support other kids, and release their energy in bursts of playful shouts, blocks, and kicks. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to bring their child and dip their toes into martial arts.“
