Highly recommend for anyone - not just folks looking to learn a mixed martial art. Conditioning workouts are great and the Krav/BJJ classes are extremely approachable and practical for anyone at any experience level.
The best real life self defense training with the very best instructors in this around. Krav Maga is not just excercise or work to Gus Botazzi, the owner, it's his passion. Passion makes a great instructor and a great experience. No brainer in my opinion if you want the best self defense, highly trained instructors, great exercise, and a friendly safe environment.
I needed to do something, feeling extremely depressed. I had never gone to a gym before. This place changed my life. The instructors were encouraging and never judged. It was tough and I wanted to quit. But didn't. I've lost 12lbs and inches from my waist.
