Told over 60, female and hereditary very common was told PT and (1 cortisone shot lasted 3 days) PT was fine( I thought) just all over the place and I was a mess. Then I found Dr Jones ( calm , reassuring and the best at what he does) and his PT staff Stephanie and finally felt like I had a team in my corner helping me to heal. One PT session and one soft wave treatment and I could walk.
