Dr O’Neil and Steph never miss an opportunity to keep you educated and promote a healthy lifestyle. My schedule isn’t easy but they always find away to coordinate appointments and help me to stay consistent with my appointments and my at home care. I always enjoy and look forward to visiting, and feel great after. Especially if I’ve had a long and stressful day! I have notice that my stress management, focus, and energy balance has improved. I have much fewer headaches- but when I have one it doesn’t last long. Additionally, committing to the appointments has helped me become mindful about getting back on track with making healthier decisions for my future.
