Really wasn't sure what I signed up for and not feeling too healthy; leaving this Sound Healing Training totally amazing!! My aches and pains have subsided and my cold is gone!! Great experience!! Can’t wait to host a Sound Healing!!!
My first time ever with free spirits yoga was with Raquel and Kate for sound healing facilitator training. I can’t say enough great things about this space & these women. They’re beyond knowledgeable and their delivery is clear concise and easy to understand. I cannot wait to continue coming to free spirits for every and all classes. I’m completely blown away by this place! Do not walk, RUNN to this space.
I took the sound healing training with Raquel and Kate and I can not recommend it enough. The experience from start to finish was loving, supportive and informative. We were all free to explore and learn in an environment that felt so super nurturing.
