After reading some of the reviews I felt compelled to leave a review on behalf of my mom. My mom, a customer for at least two years had an appointment on Tuesday 9/23/2025 for a gel refill manicure, gel nail polish and pedicure. Immediately the games began after she was told her appointment with the pedicure technician came first so a new customer could be accommodated and a customer who insisted on being seen without an appointment because she had to go to work nevertheless my mom with her good nature allowed herself to be rerouted at the direction of the manager. I have been a client at Top Nail since it opened in the 90s! While the owner changed from one sister to another and I have had several different nail techs in that time, I'm still happy with the service! I love my nail tech Tiffany, she is always accommodating and helpful and does a wonderful job on my nails and toes!!

Third times a charm 🥰, been a very long time since I’ve gotten my nails done, last two months been to two different nail salons and both times haven’t been great, came to Top Nails from some recommendations and very happy I did, Nancy did her thing nails came out beautifully, she reshaped them and pointed out some things that was wrong with the gels I had on and why I wasn’t happy before. Definitely coming back to her now that I’m pampering myself 😊 also she did a great job on my eyebrows
