“I cannot say enough nice things about Madeline. My first bikini wax was at a different place and it was not a great experience. When I went to see Madeline for my second wax, I was pretty nervous. She totally calmed my nerves - so welcoming, so genuine, so sweet, so attentive, so knowledgeable! I never thought I would laugh and have a great time while getting waxed, but Madeline at The Wax Room somehow made that happen. Bonus: The hard wax she uses and her method of removing the hard wax was basically pain- and irritation-free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
