I love CC Nails. I’ve been coming to this nail salon since it opened. Their customer service is impeccable and they create any design I want or try to come close to it. They really care about their customers. They are very clean and their owner is an amazing person. Michelle does it again!!! My nails are always going to be on point. Thank you CC Nails 🥰

The lady that answers the phone needs to get training on how to listen and talk to people because she asked me several times the same question very rudely even though I answered her like 4 times. That’s why it’s one less star. Please work on customer service.
UPDATE:
Just recently made an appointment. The customer service over the phone has improved significantly. The lady was attentive and listening and very helpful in scheduling my manipedi appointment. Thank you!
