I've been meaning to get an appointment with Trixie for about a year now. I finally went on my birthday and it was soooo worth the wait! She is a true artist of her craft. My toenails are on their way to a healthy new life, thanks to Trixie at Bad Kitti Claws.She is a multi-licensed nail professional with a clean and fun little shop in Middletown NY. From my first contact with her over text, she was friendly, encouraging and professional. Her business model is well-thought through; she handles information gathering, appointments, orientation, foot care, and follow through with confidence and attention to detail.The actual nail service was comfortable and detailed. I went to bad Kitty claws after having a bad experience at another salon. Danielle was awesome, not only was she pleasant, she was very educational in teaching me how to keep my nails healthy. My feet have never looked so good. She was also extremely funny. I had the best time! I never laughed so much getting a pedicure. I will definitely return. I recommend everyone to check her out.
