“Starting with our first visit to DeMar Flooring, we were greeted by Stephanie. She was extremely patient with my husband and I as we spent many weekends at the showroom looking over samples, returning samples that we were able to bring home, and picking out new samples to try out that week. She went above and beyond to search other engineered hardwood manufacturers to find us the flooring that fit our needs and wants perfectly. We hired YRP to replace our shower with Onyx and replace the ceramic floor tile. My Dad was an outstanding small contractor for many decades. YRP would definitely the ‘Dad’ test with flying colors.

I meant to write this review months ago, but I haven’t gotten to it because there are A LOT of excellent things I want to write.

I will update this to provide more details, but for now I will just note YRP is honest, strives for perfection, did more work than I expected without charging additional for it, and were great to work with.

One HUGE shoutout to Wayne, who performed most of the work - he was stellar.

“When our organization needed to put an addition on a house we went through 3 other builders who all backed out or ghosted us before we went with a "real" professional contractor. Peachtree exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, in every part of the process.Brian, our project manager, was easy to work with and talk to and kept us up to date with honest info every step of the way. When we had concerns about the quality of some of the subs' work, he usually had already noticed and was already on it, and if not he agreed and got it taken care of.I remodel houses for a living and expected any builder to use low quality builder grade materials. I was pleasantly surprised that they used Advantech flooring and other high quality stuff and the insulation and other work was all well done. Alex (the lead carpenter) and the other guys were conscientious, professional, and easy to work with and talk to.I renovated the kitchen, took out a bearing wall, did electric work and our volunteers painted and did other work while Peachtree took care of the addition. The residents moved in before the addition was complete and Brian and Alex somehow took all of this in stride!In a world where dealing with GCs is a challenge at best and a nightmare at worst, Peachtree was an amazing exception. “Joe to the rescue! After buying my first home, I contacted multiple flooring companies for quotes, including Joe. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in his work, and his price was on par with others. I stupidly ignored my gut though and hired another company. That company ended up botching the job THREE times, each progressively worse. I reached back out to Joe, and he got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns, and came back a few times to made adjustments to thresholds, etc. I called him again after an appliance technician damaged the kitchen floor, and he came by to evaluate and did a quick fix without expecting anything in return.“

“If you are lucky enough to hire Olsi Stavre, congratulations. You won't be disappointed. I had an exterior wall that was severely damaged by carpenter ants. We were concerned about structural integrity. we couldn't find anyone to even look at it. Olso came quickly, gave a fair estimate and then returned to do the work in one day. It is restored beautifully, and it was a tough job. Olsi knows what he is doing, does what he says he will do and has fair rates. It is hard to find someone you can trust and depend on. Olsi is awesome.“

“Many people will describe doing a home renovation as a stressful experience. Working with Craig and Jerry made this experience wonderful.From the start, Jerry helped us with the planning process and was responsive to any and all questions we had (we had a lot). We had received quotes from other companies, but what made C&J stand apart is the type of work they do. You can really tell they stay on the cutting edge of design and that they take pride in their work. With C&J the sky is the limit. If you want to achieve a look, they will help your vision come alive.Throughout the process we knew exactly what to expect. The communication was absolutely amazing. We were provided beginning of the week updates of the work that would be done. We didn't have to stress about work being left incomplete or people not showing up.C&J gets very skilled subcontractors. The electricrician, drywaller, plumber, tiler and painter all worked diligently and did superb work. Craig was often on site to make sure the project stayed on track and that things were done right at every stage from framing to finishing.Craig is also a master carpenter. Craig was able to build us a pocket barn door, shelving and a seating area with built-ins. His skills were truly invaluable to us and helped to create a custom finish throughout our space.Lastly, C&J stands behind their work. If something is not right, they will make it right. Overall, I couldn't imagine ever going with any other company for a home renovation.“

Also, installed an outlet in my work area and as a surprise mounted it at a height where I can rearrange my equipment any way I want to and it's always easy to access (the customer isn't always right)!
