“This is my 2nd major renovation with Shells Only, and I'd use them again if we had anything else to do. I can't recommend them enough. They redid my kitchen years ago and added a dormer this time. My project manager Chris contacted me every single day to tell me exactly what was happening. The few times the daily plan had to change, he told me as quickly as possible, and explained it. We finished quickly for a major job, in less than 90 days, with zero delays. We were never pressured into any upgrades, and they even helped us with some other work at no charge (building a shoe cubby in a wall and some other small requests). All of the workers took pride in their work and treated my house with more respect than I sometimes do. Thanks again!“

“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

“We called Todd at Atlantic Shores after a previously hired company backed out when the owner left the company and the new project manager wanted to overcharge. They saved the day by stepping into a complicated project and were able to complete things before the weather got too cold to dig and pour concrete. Communication was consistent, and Todd was great at predicting any style decisions we didn't make yet. Pricing was fair and Todd even suggested creative ways to cut costs or adjust the budget without compromising on our vision. The project included excavating, masonry, electric, heating, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and coordinating with the town inspector, an architect, an expeditor, and an outside fence company. Every worker hired was professional and Todd was great at easing any anxieties about the demolition and lining things up exactly with the proposed drawings. Any issues and questions were addressed right away, and we are already hiring them back for another project this spring. I highly recommend them!“

“I recently went with Cold Spring Harbor Construction to remove old wood shingle on my two story house and to replace it with Siding and Stone. I really have too many nice things to say about how well it went. I originally worked with Ryan for a walkthrough and a general estimate based on different siding options. The process was simple. Go to this stone store and pick your stone. Go to this siding store and pick your siding. Walls of samples for us to choose from...and here are some houses that we did with your siding choice if you want to see them. Then I received a contract with a complete breakdown of costs. There was nothing hidden. There was no pressure to sign. There was no pressure for upfront money. We continued to work with Ryan and Derek for any questions I had or anything I wanted to change or add to the project. We paid 1/3 once they started working on the house, 1/3 half way, 1/3 after the job was complete. The people that installed the siding and the stone were all very accommodating and friendly. We have had so many people from delivery people, to neighbors to the mailman telling us that the house came out amazing and they wanted to do something similar. I worked with another company prior where things didn't go so well and I dropped them. The prior company I was working with made me feel guilty because I wanted to see samples and/or houses that had used materials that we were looking to use, they gave me a general price with no breakdown and made me feel horrible about asking for a breakdown, they were pushing me to sign before I even knew which materials I was going to use and what they would cost. Pressure Pressure pressure...so I dropped them. I am so glad I did because working with Cold Spring Harbor Construction was a completely different and professional experience. I will be using them again in the future for interior remodeling and I would highly recommend them to anyone.“
