“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

“We called Todd at Atlantic Shores after a previously hired company backed out when the owner left the company and the new project manager wanted to overcharge. They saved the day by stepping into a complicated project and were able to complete things before the weather got too cold to dig and pour concrete. Communication was consistent, and Todd was great at predicting any style decisions we didn't make yet. Pricing was fair and Todd even suggested creative ways to cut costs or adjust the budget without compromising on our vision. The project included excavating, masonry, electric, heating, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and coordinating with the town inspector, an architect, an expeditor, and an outside fence company. Every worker hired was professional and Todd was great at easing any anxieties about the demolition and lining things up exactly with the proposed drawings.
