“I recently went with Cold Spring Harbor Construction to remove old wood shingle on my two story house and to replace it with Siding and Stone. I really have too many nice things to say about how well it went. I originally worked with Ryan for a walkthrough and a general estimate based on different siding options. The process was simple. Go to this stone store and pick your stone. Go to this siding store and pick your siding. Walls of samples for us to choose from...and here are some houses that we did with your siding choice if you want to see them. Then I received a contract with a complete breakdown of costs. There was nothing hidden. There was no pressure to sign. There was no pressure for upfront money. We continued to work with Ryan and Derek for any questions I had or anything I wanted to change or add to the project. We paid 1/3 once they started working on the house, 1/3 half way, 1/3 after the job was complete. The people that installed the siding and the stone were all very accommodating and friendly. We have had so many people from delivery people, to neighbors to the mailman telling us that the house came out amazing and they wanted to do something similar. I worked with another company prior where things didn't go so well and I dropped them. The prior company I was working with made me feel guilty because I wanted to see samples and/or houses that had used materials that we were looking to use, they gave me a general price with no breakdown and made me feel horrible about asking for a breakdown, they were pushing me to sign before I even knew which materials I was going to use and what they would cost. Pressure Pressure pressure...so I dropped them. I am so glad I did because working with Cold Spring Harbor Construction was a completely different and professional experience. I will be using them again in the future for interior remodeling and I would highly recommend them to anyone.“

They saved the day by stepping into a complicated project and were able to complete things before the weather got too cold to dig and pour concrete.
