This is a long overdue review. I hope this review helps those looking at Dormer King. My house was a ranch, and we needed more space, so my husband and I decided to build out our home. I was looking for a contractor to build the second floor and redo the entire first floor. That was in 2019, our first construction. I heard so many horrible stories from friends and colleagues about hiring contractors, charging so much more than the quote, causing so much delay, not enough people working at the site, etc., that I was nervous going into it. It has been an amazing experience to witness the professionalism, workman ship and timely delivery of the project from the beginning to the end demonstrated by the Dormer King.We couldn’t have asked more from you all. From the beginning to the end, of our big construction project, everyone at Dormer King has been amazing. From the permits process, with all the inspections to the actual construction, I never had to worry.They really listened and helped in many ways. Always fast responsive with anything that needed to be done.
