The manager Craig was great. I did not have my phone in repair mode and wasn’t sure how to do it. I unlocked the phone and he took care of everything. The service was excellent and from the time of the appointment to the time of pick up the timing was exact. My iphone is back to where it needs to be, with an OEM Apple battery and I’m very pleased with the whole experience.
