First of all do not even bother coming here the front desk is incompetent they don't know what they are talking about. They don't know how to bill your insurance. I have been coming here since the start of coivd with the same insurance even use use them as my primary . But the new people at the desk obviously have not been trained they assume cause your insurance card says co-pay they charge you a co-pay if you come in for coivd testing and add on other tests there is no co pay ... period . I have used this office for 5 years now and it has changed hands a couple of times. multiple doctors have helped me threw the years, I have been seeing a pain management doctor for a car accident in 2012 and never had any issues getting referrals during all the changes. recently it was sold again to a doctor i never heard of. my pain management called me the day before my appointment and said i don't have a referral, i called the urgent care and let them know. i was told that i haven't been there in a year, i had blood work in april, and told me i have to see the doctor if i need a referral.
